Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: September 8, 2025
This policy explains when charges may be refunded and how to cancel paid services on Estreamz Media Inc. (“Estreamz”). It applies to subscriptions (Free/Pro/Ultra upgrades and creator add-ons), digital product purchases in the Store, music/podcast items, live or pay-per-view events, and ad placements purchased on the platform.

1) Cancelling Your Subscription
- How to cancel: Go to Account → Subscriptions → Cancel. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
- Auto-renewal: Plans renew until cancelled. We display renewal terms and obtain consent at checkout.
- Refunds on subscriptions: Charges already processed for the current cycle are non-refundable, except as noted in Section 5 (Goodwill/Required by law).
- Proration: Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged a prorated amount when applicable; downgrades take effect next cycle.
2) Digital Products (Downloads, Keys, Packs, eBooks)
- All sales final once accessed/downloaded. Because digital items are immediately usable and non-returnable, we cannot accept returns after access.
- Defective/corrupted files: We will re-deliver a working copy or issue a refund if replacement is not possible.
- Licenses: Most items are licensed, not sold, under the item’s license page. License violations void refunds.
3) Music & Podcasts (Purchases/Downloads)
- Follows the same rules as Section 2. Streams are not refundable; downloads are final after access.
- Regional taxes may apply where required and are non-refundable once remitted.
4) Live / Pay-Per-View Events
- Event canceled or not delivered: You will receive a credit or refund.
- Rescheduled events: Original tickets remain valid; refunds may be offered at our discretion if you cannot attend.
5) Goodwill & Required-by-Law Refunds
- Duplicate charges or confirmed fraud: Refunded after investigation.
- Service-wide outage: If a material outage prevents access for a significant period, we may issue credit or partial refund for the affected time.
- Mistaken purchases (rare): If you did not access any digital product/content and contact us promptly (typically within 24–48 hours), we may, at our discretion, refund.
6) Ad Placements Purchased on Estreamz
- Self-serve ads: Once an ad flight begins (or inventory is reserved), the order is generally non-refundable.
- Make-goods: If we fail to deliver contracted impressions/placements due to a platform issue, we will deliver make-goods or credit the undelivered portion.
- Policy violations: Ads removed for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
7) Gift Cards & Credits
- Digital gift cards and account credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
- Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
8) Wallet Balances & Payouts (Creators)
- Creator wallet balances reflect earnings after fees/adjustments. Once a payout is processed to your bank or payment account, it is not reversible by Estreamz.
- Chargebacks or fraud may result in holdbacks/offsets per the Terms.
9) How to Request a Refund
- Submit: Use /billing/support or email {{BILLING_EMAIL}} within 7 days of the charge. Include your order ID, account email, and a brief description.
- Processing time: We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Payment processors: Refunds are returned to the original method (e.g., Authorize.net/Square or card on file). We cannot reroute refunds to a different method.
10) Chargebacks
Please contact us first—most issues are solvable quickly. Filing an unsupported chargeback may result in account holds or suspension per the Terms.
11) Jurisdiction & Consumer Rights
- Texas law applies to this policy and related disputes, with venue in {{COUNTY}}, Texas (or arbitration per the Terms).
- No general “cooling-off” period applies to online digital services. Where specific local law grants a right to withdraw, we will honor applicable timelines.
