What are Free, Pro, and Ultra?
Free is ad-supported viewing and listening. Pro reduces ads, unlocks some premium content, and improves quality. Ultra removes ads entirely and unlocks full premium catalogs, early releases, and high-quality streams. Some uploads are only viewable by Pro or Ultra members if the creator gated them.
Why is a video locked or asking me to upgrade?
Creators on Estreamz can choose who gets full access: - Free preview only (watch a teaser, then upgrade) - Pro - Ultra Some titles, especially long-form series, movies, or exclusive live events, are intentionally limited. Upgrade prompts appear when your current level (free) doesn’t match the required tier.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Estreamz. We credit the creator’s wallet on confirmed payment. Estreamz keeps a platform fee which can go down based on that creator’s plan. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, visit Contact Support and include the time, amount, and last 4 digits (or PayPal ID).
Why am I seeing ads?
Free accounts see pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll, and may see sponsored tiles in certain grids. Pro reduces that significantly. Ultra eliminates ads. In podcasts and live streams, the creator may choose to place their own sponsor reads. Those can appear even for higher tiers if the creator embeds them in the content itself.
Can I report illegal or abusive content?
Yes. Go to Safety & Reporting. You can flag harassment, threats, impersonation, sexual content involving minors, hate content, or copyright violations (including DMCA). Estreamz reviews reports, removes illegal material, and can suspend or remove accounts that violate the rules.
How do payouts to creators work?
All incoming money routes to Estreamz first. After a purchase or qualified view/ad impression is confirmed, the creator’s internal wallet balance is credited. Creators can request payout. Admin approval is required before funds are released. This protects both ends: we can handle fraud/chargebacks, and creators can track every credit/debit in their ledger.
How do I delete my account?
If you want an account shutdown, go to Contact Support and choose Account / Privacy. We’ll walk you through account closure and data handling.
