Estreamz Support

Frequently Asked Questions

Estreamz Media is a curated entertainment platform for micro-films, mini-series, independent music, trailers, specials, and original short-form storytelling. Publishing and distribution are handled through Estreamz Media, approved licensed partners, and admin-approved production access.

What is Estreamz Media?
Estreamz Media is a curated streaming and entertainment platform focused on micro-films, mini-series, independent music, trailers, specials, and original short-form releases. The platform is built for viewers who want entertainment in a faster, cinematic format while still keeping a premium film-and-television feel.
What is MediaHub?
MediaHub is the main viewing area on Estreamz. It organizes available titles into clean entertainment rows such as micro-films, mini-series, music visuals, trailers, featured releases, and original Estreamz programming. MediaHub is designed for viewers, not public uploading.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives viewers access through the full ad-supported experience. Pro is for viewers who want fewer advertisements, smoother viewing, and enhanced access where Pro viewing is enabled. Pro is an audience plan. It is not an upload plan, creator dashboard, editing-suite plan, or publishing account.
Does Estreamz still have Ultra?
No. Ultra is no longer a public viewer plan. The platform now focuses on Free viewing, Pro viewing, MediaHub, advertising, sponsorships, licensed media partnerships, and Estreamz-controlled production access.
Can anyone upload content to Estreamz?
No. Estreamz is not an open public upload platform. Content can only be published when Estreamz Media licenses, approves, or directly controls the release. Approved uploads are reserved for the Estreamz Media Admin Production Team, licensed contractors, and approved media partners. A product, film, series, music release, or media asset must be approved by administration before it can be distributed on Estreamz.
How do media partnerships work?
Media partnerships are reviewed by Estreamz Media. Approved partners may be considered for licensed distribution, sponsored placement, music distribution, film or mini-series placement, advertising opportunities, or platform-supported promotional campaigns. Approval is not automatic. Estreamz reviews fit, rights, quality, licensing, and platform direction before publishing or partnership access is granted.
Why is a title locked or asking me to upgrade?
Some titles, rows, releases, or viewing experiences may be available to Free viewers with ads, while others may require Pro access or may be limited by release settings. If you see an upgrade prompt, the title or feature may require Pro viewing access or may be connected to a specific release window, campaign, or platform setting.
Why am I seeing ads?
Free viewers see the full ad-supported experience. Ads may appear before, during, or around supported content depending on placement and campaign settings. Pro viewers receive fewer advertisements than Free viewers where reduced-ad viewing is enabled. Sponsored placements, trailers, brand campaigns, and promotional tiles may still appear as part of the Estreamz entertainment experience.
How does billing work?
Pro subscriptions and eligible purchases are processed through the Estreamz payment system. Billing records, subscription access, and account status are handled by Estreamz. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support and include the date, amount, payment method, and any receipt or transaction information available.
Does Estreamz pay public creators?
Estreamz is not currently operating as an open creator monetization platform. Distribution, licensing, sponsorship, production, advertising, and payment arrangements are handled through approved business relationships, contracts, licensed partnerships, or direct Estreamz Media production agreements.
Can I advertise or sponsor content on Estreamz?
Yes. Estreamz Media supports advertising, sponsor placements, featured campaigns, business spotlights, and media partnership opportunities where approved. Advertisers, sponsors, labels, film teams, music partners, local businesses, and media companies can contact Estreamz to discuss available opportunities.
What kind of content does Estreamz focus on?
Estreamz focuses on cinematic micro-films, serialized mini-series, independent music visuals, trailers, featured releases, specials, original productions, and culture-driven short-form entertainment. The goal is a curated streaming experience, not a public upload feed.
Can I report illegal, abusive, or copyright-infringing content?
Yes. Go to Safety & Reporting. You can report harassment, threats, impersonation, illegal material, copyright concerns, DMCA issues, harmful content, or other policy violations. Estreamz reviews reports and may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take additional action when needed.
How do I delete my account?
If you want to close your account, go to Contact Support and choose Account / Privacy. Estreamz Support will walk you through account closure and data handling.
Estreamz Media controls publishing access to protect licensing, quality, viewer experience, brand safety, and content rights. Viewer accounts are for watching, while approved publishing access is handled separately through administration and licensed partnership agreements.
